NO-SHOW FEES: A NO-SHOW FEE IS A FULL SERVICE CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE, FUTURE APPOINTMENTS MAY REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AFTER THE FIRST NO-SHOW. LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE: CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS MAY RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE PRICE. THE BEST WAY TO REACH ME IS THROUGH TEXT. LAST-MINUTE APPOINTMENT CHANGE: CHANGING PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED SERVICES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT MAY RESULT IN A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE APPLIED TO THE ORIGINAL SERVICE. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: ARRIVING 10 MINUTES LATE MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE APPOINTMENT AND A NO-SHOW FEE. PRE-APPOINTMENT FORMS: INCOMPLETE FORMS MAY LEAD TO CHARGES AND BOOKING RESTRICTIONS AFTER MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PROPER PAPERWORK.
