CANCELLATION POLICY
🎀A card on file is required for each appointment. I cannot access the information on the cards and will only be used in the case of the checkout process, a last-minute cancellation, or no-call no-show (NC/NS). 🎀Only the scheduled individual is permitted to attend the appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. 🎀In the case of a NC/NS, 100% of the total service price will be charged to the card on file. After the first NC/NS, a deposit is required to schedule a future appointment. 🎀In the case of a last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours), 50% of the total service price will be charged to the card on file. Please be advised that I check my emails nightly and the best way to reach out to me is through text. 🎀If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be canceled resulting in a NC/NS fee. 🎀Failure to complete pre-appointment forms may result in charges and booking restrictions. Non-completion charges will apply after the third appointment, and a booking ban may be enforced after five appointments without proper paperwork. Please provide timely updates to avoid additional fees. 🎀Please be informed that any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban, along with a full charge for the service rendered. Estheticly You reserve the right to terminate services for clients exhibiting inappropriate behavior or misconduct. 🎀While services are non-refundable, please reach out to me personally for any questions or concerns you may have after your appointment. When scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined.
